How Our Foam Signs Are Made

It all starts with EVA Foam (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), a firm, high-density foam that is softer than standard polyethylene foams — commonly used for many items like cosplay costumes and yoga mats, sports equipment, set design, and more. Our high-density EVA foam comes in assorted colors and thicknesses, which we use to layer our foam products to give a 3D effect. It is highly weathered, resilient, and has low water absorption. Next, your order is individually built; every FanChain is cut and built in-house. Our team molds and cuts every EVA foam piece that will be used to bring your team’s logo together. Using only the best material from the start to help your sign last, built to perfection with every fan in mind.
