How Our Foam Signs Are Made

It all starts with EVA Foam (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) which is a firm, high-density foam that is softer than standard polyethylene foams — commonly used for many items like cosplay costumes, yoga mats, sports equipment, set design, and more. Our high-density EVA foam comes in a variety of colors and thicknesses, which we use to layer our foam products to give a 3D effect. It is highly weathered resilient and has low water absorption. It is safe for everyone in the family since our EVA foam material is non-toxic, and BPA free, as well as soft in case of falls.

Next, your order is individually built, every FanFave NHL sign is cut and built in-house, where our team molds and cuts every EVA foam piece that will be used to bring your team’s logo together. Using only the best material from the start to help your sign last, built to perfection with every fan in mind.

Finally, your order is brought to life. After our foam is cut, it is individually assembled by our builders, which we carefully place every layer and pieces to bring your order to life. Once it passes QC check, we package your order, and it’s shipped to your doorstep for you to enjoy.
